Hi All,
In anticipation of the release of the early portions of the newsletters later this week for the upcoming rounds (AFL Finals Week 2 and NRL Round 27), we have summarised the results below for the previous round and the other rounds covered this year as well.
As always, the profit on these positions can be extended by looking for relevant games to cover across multiple corporate bookmakers with promotions covering certain games. Our aim is always to WIN with every position, so these can always be staked without promotional coverage, though taking the bookies up on their offers gives us even more edge!
Quick interlude, we have our X account now operational, and would really appreciate a follow if you are on the platform. Our account is at the following link:
This week was a retraction on the overall cash profit, with the multi newsletter recording a negative variance of -5.10 UNITS but an overall realised negative variance of -1.60 UNITS with bonus bet returns if they were available. This again highlights the variance that can play out across the season with some weekends just missing the mark, while others strongly push forward the cash total. This game is all about testing theories over time, and this showed it. Again, we are putting emphasis on this point:
If you have offers from the bookies, USE THEM.
Again... USE THEM.
They are a part of the edge, and need to be factored in at all times.
Before that though...
Some musings again from the weekend past on some performances from individual players. It never ceases to amaze me what you can witness when you watch enough sports or racing in terms of the funny way things pan out from time to time! The research is GREAT, but probability is always going to play out when the rubber hits the road. Below were my favourites from the weekend:
1) Collingwood coaching decisions - Craig McRae decided to move Jordan De Goey, who we had for 20+ disposals, forward of the ball after half time in their Wild Card final. De Goey had been one of their primary ball winners through the middle, and had 13 disposals to the half time whistle. Some decisions just really don't make sense. He ended up getting 2 further possessions for the WHOLE game to end on 15 disposals, as he was effectively completely removed from the action. Very strange coaching decision, and potentially why they are now out of the running for the Premiership. Would like to know the thinking behind the move. You see some things over the season that will make you raise your eyebrows, and that was definitely one of them.
Anyways... into the home straight... again!
We have updated the tables and graphs below with the results.

Year To Date (Multis):

To clarify for the multi products, if our customers started with a bank of 17 units to cover their entire first round across both codes, there would have been a 32.52% growth on the initial bank in 22 weeks. Decent.
Adding in the use of Bet Returns if you have them available, and on an assumed 70% return of those bonus bets into actual cash (this is below what we get but being tough on the marking), there would have been a 526.64% growth on the initial bank in 22 weeks. Again, decent.
On a sample size over 350+ games now, this is a really good track record for the season. Let's keep it progressing.
Bring on the finals!
Cheers,
